• Reporting Capabilities – A library of time and labor reports provides payroll statistics to help with labor management decisions.
• Management and Employee Self Service – Managers can approve requests, enter sick, holiday, jury duty, or other non-work time. Employees can also review, transfer, and submit time sheets.

Use the built-in Internet punch-in capabilities of Paychex Time and Labor Online, or purchase a separate time clock depending on the needs of your business.

• Online Punch In/Out – Employees can quickly and easily punch in and out through the Internet Explorer® Web browser on their computer.
• Barcode Time Clocks – Employees swipe a bar code badge to punch in.
• Biometric Time Clocks – Employees place their finger on the clock's reader to clock in or out – increasing security and accuracy, and eliminating "buddy punching."

The system's time rules are set up based on your company's payroll policies. You can also select specific security measures to limit data access.
